Created in the image of the Gentleman, Givenchy's EDT is a beautiful fragrance for the distinguished man. Introduced in 1974. The nose behind this fragrance is Paul Leger. It would later find its way onto the set of The Empire Strikes Back, worn by Prince Xizor himself. This scent is an interesting composition of spicy top notes that fade into the woodsy, leathery base. Definitely a man's scent.
The new Gentleman Originale combines notes of leather and oakmoss with musk, creating a distinctive woody scent. The citrus top note blends with subtle hints of rose, cinnamon, orris root and jasmine. The heart is sensual with the blend of patchouli, cedar, vetiver and moss; while base notes of leather and oakmoss are combined with musk, amber and vanilla.

About The Brand:
The brand was founded by Hubert de Givenchy, a French Couturier, who launched his haute couture line in 1952.
