This Privacy Policy explains how Be3ah collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects Personal Data when You visit be3ah.com, create an Account, place an Order, contact Us, or otherwise use Our services.

By using the Store, You acknowledge that Your Personal Data will be handled as described in this Policy. Where consent is required, We will request it separately and You may withdraw it subject to applicable law.

This Policy applies to Be3ah's online store at www.be3ah.com, related customer service channels, and Order-related communications.

Be3ah determines how Personal Data covered by this Policy is used for Store operations. Certain providers, including payment and installment providers, may separately determine how they process information under their own privacy notices.

Account information: login details, language, saved addresses, preferences, and Account activity. Passwords are handled through the authentication systems supporting the Store.

Order and transaction information: products ordered, quantities, prices, discounts, invoice details, Order status, returns, refunds, warranty requests, delivery instructions, and payment status or transaction reference.

Payment information: the payment method selected and information needed to confirm payment. Full card details are generally submitted directly to the payment provider and are not made available to Be3ah in full.

Support and communications: emails, calls, WhatsApp or SMS messages, chat content, complaints, inquiries, images, documents, and call or service notes where applicable.

Device and Usage Data: IP address, browser, device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, search activity, referral source, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and diagnostic or security logs.

Reviews and submitted content: ratings, reviews, images, and other content You choose to submit.

Third-party sign-in information: if a social or third-party sign-in option is enabled, We may receive the identifier and profile information that You authorize that provider to share.

4. How We Collect Personal Data

  • Directly from You when You browse, create an Account, place an Order, request a return or warranty service, submit a review, enter a promotion, or contact Us.
  • Automatically through cookies, pixels, server logs, analytics, security tools, and similar technologies.
  • From the e-commerce platform and applications connected to the Store.
  • From banks, payment gateways, installment providers, delivery companies, installation providers, fraud-prevention providers, and customer service providers.
  • From third-party sign-in providers or marketing partners where You have authorized the sharing or where permitted by applicable law.

  • Create and manage Accounts and authenticate customers.

6. Orders, Payments, and Fraud Prevention

Available methods may include cash on delivery, KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Taly, and Deema. Not all products or Orders are eligible for Taly or Deema.

Payment and installment providers receive the information required to authorize, process, settle, refund, or manage a transaction. Their processing is also governed by their own privacy notices and terms.

We may use Order, Account, Device, payment-status, and delivery information to verify identity, detect suspicious activity, prevent fraud, manage disputes, and decide whether additional verification is required. We do not make decisions based solely on sensitive characteristics.

If You provide bank details for a refund, We use them only to verify and complete that refund and meet related legal and accounting requirements.

7. How We Share Personal Data

We share Personal Data only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including with:

  • The e-commerce platform, Store applications, and hosting, security, analytics, and technical providers.
  • Banks, KNET, card networks, payment gateways, Taly, Deema, and providers supporting refunds or payment disputes.

  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, potential business transferees, and competent authorities where necessary or legally required.

Opting out of marketing does not stop essential operational messages about an active Account, transaction, Order, delivery, refund, or security matter.

Because We use an e-commerce platform, cloud services, payment networks, communications services, analytics, and other international providers, Personal Data may be processed outside Kuwait.

Where applicable, We take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements designed to protect Personal Data and to apply safeguards required by applicable law. The privacy and data protection rules in another country may differ from those in Kuwait.

12. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including fulfilling Orders, providing warranties and support, maintaining accounting and transaction records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.

  • Account information: while the Account is active and for up to 24 months after closure where needed for support, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
  • Support communications: generally up to 24 months after the relevant request is closed.
  • Usage and security logs: generally up to 24 months, unless a longer period is necessary to investigate abuse or a security incident.
  • Orders, invoices, payments, refunds, and warranty records: for the period required by applicable accounting, commercial, consumer protection, anti-fraud, and legal obligations.

Data may be deleted or anonymized earlier when no longer needed. Limited copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until routine deletion and will not be used for ordinary business purposes.
