Refunds for Cancellations:
If payment has been processed and the order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Bank details may be requested to facilitate the refund.
All refunds are processed electronically — cash refunds are not available.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please adhere to the guidelines below:

✅ Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, including:
Original packaging
Tags and labels
All accessories

💰 Refunds

Only the product price will be refunded.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns.

🛠 Defective or Damaged Items

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a defective item.
We will coordinate collection and replacement directly with the vendor.
For defects discovered after 24 hours, our support team will direct you to the nearest authorized service center.

⚠️ Exceptions

🖥 Monitor Dead Pixel Policy

Replacement requests require at least 3 dead pixels.
Must be reported within 14 working days of delivery.
Original packaging and all accessories must be returned.
After 14 days, standard warranty terms apply.

📦 Customer Responsibility

You must deliver the item to our authorized service center within 14 days of initiating a return or warranty claim.
Incomplete returns (missing parts, packaging, or accessories) may be rejected.
